Claire was the most valuable asset we had during our home search. As first time buyers and new investors, we did our search in term of training/podcast/conference, but having Claire on our side was the best investment idea we never had. Having a great power team is a must, and she was the cornerstone of that power team. Our criteria were so complex, as we were planning to also live in the house and rent part of it, it needed to be in a good school neighborhood, accessible for my work and the list goes on. Claire aim was not just to find us a house and jump to the next client. Instead, she was patient, took her time, account for all our criteria. She is absolutely incredible, is a wonderful communicator, dedicated. Not only she is absolutely professional, but at the same time she is caring and thoughtful. She understood our need and did everything to meet every single criteria. And at the end of the process, she found us the gem, exactly what we were looking for. She were there from the beginning to the end, and guide us through all the closing process. There is not enough adjectives in the dictionary to describe how incredible and wonderful Claire is. We will not thank you enough.
